• We will not waste your time (and our own) by forwarding countless CV’s to you (most of which are not appropriate). We will keep you updated at all times and only discuss potential candidates with you that we are confident will be of interest.
• We provide confidential advertising in both traditional media and via the internet (which is included in our fees).
• We are paid only if you successfully employ a candidate we have introduced to you.
• We offer a no-nonsense charging structure which is based solely on the candidate’s first year’s basic gross wage with no additional “hidden” fees for company vehicles and bonuses etc.
• We undertake to listen and work to your guidelines and specific instructions at all times.
• We guarantee never to re-approach a candidate that you have successfully employed through our service.
