that is not suitable, and so we offer a four step professional
approach to finding you the right move in your career development:-
- We review your experience and qualifications
and then speak to you in depth to establish what kind of
role you are looking for, your future career aspirations
and in what type of company, allowing us to build a profile
for us to work with. We need to know you, not just your
qualifications, before we can hope to find you that perfect
job!
- We match your profile against our current
vacancies to distinguish if there is anything that we are
confident may suit your particular requirements.
- We discuss the role with you in depth
and provide you with details of the company to allow you
to obtain an understanding of their organisation before
you decide if you are interested in the position. Should
your response be positive, we would request your consent
to allow us to contact the company on your behalf in order
to discuss your background and skill base with them prior
to forwarding your CV for their consideration.
- Should none of our current vacancies
be exactly right for you, we would then utilise our knowledge
of the Building Services Industry and our extensive database
of established contacts nationwide to find companies who
would ideally suit your requirements, ensure that you are
happy for us to speak to them on your behalf, and then actively
search for a potential position with them for you –
even discussing the possible creation of a role if none
currently exists.
