About Diffusion Services

Located centrally in Derbyshire just off junction 28 of the M1 motorway, we are ideally situated to service candidates and clients nationwide.

The companies founding partners have collectively over 20 years experience in the construction industry and, in particular, the building services industry, and established Diffusion Services in 2004.

The idea to form Diffusion Services came after repeatedly listening to contacts within various M&E Contractors and Design Consultancies as to how they were struggling to find the right people, and that some of the recruitment companies they used did not fully understand their industry or their needs, sending them several potential candidates for a position, most of which were not applicable.

The solution seemed simple – with a knowledge of the industry and a contact database established and developed over a period of 10 years, we had an understanding of our potential clients requirements, and subsequently set up Diffusion Services to satisfy those needs.

Our aim remains simply to successfully grow the company and strive to offer the best service within our industry and in everything we do.
